A Rolled sheet iron Hogscraper with a brass wedding ring band. The push up is marked SHAW. Complete with the pushup(which works) and lip for hanging. it is 8 1/4 inches H. The base is tight with the stem. Ca. 1860. It appears to have cleaned up at some time in the past.
