A Yellowware bowl decorated with unusual slip bands. There are 2 2/4 inch W. slip bands and 2 1/4 inch W. bands. Nice rolled slip and foot. Ca. 1880. Near mint condition with no chips. There are 2 tight rim hairlines on the outside only(pictured). Rings true!! Very thick and heavy bowl. Measuring a whopping 15 1/4 inches D., 7 inches H.
