A wonderful wireware footed basket. Made of sturdy thick wire. The looped handle is attached with sheet metal hinges. It has a scalloped rim with coils. Nice black surface throughout. Wonderful condition with minor breaks. Some solder joints have discolored. It is 11 inches D., 12 inches H. including handle. European, dating to early 1900s. The handle stands up and shows nicely.
