A Pearlware octagon shaped platter with a blue featheredge(or shell) border. Early 1800s. English. Marked Best Goods(I think). Near mint condition with one 1/8 inches chip on front(pictured). Very faint embossed detail on rim. Background is a warm white, not a bright white. 11 1/2 x 14 3/4 inches.
